I have seen something in the store, but not online! HELP!

A lot of products are only for a limited time available and only purchasable in the store. Just send us an e-mail and we will check if it's still in stock. :)

When do products come back in stock?

A lot of products are only a one time thing. We are currently trying to create a permanent range of products so you will be able to purchase it all year long. You can even sign up for a notification when it's back in stock <3

Where are your products from?

90% of our products originate from Asia. Sometimes we find some cute products that fit our concept in Europe for our product range.

How long will it take to process an order?

We do our best to ship the orders as soon as possible. In general it will not take longer than 1-3 working days

How can I return my products

You have the possibility to return the order within 8 days. The products
have to be sealed in the original package. The shipping costs are for
the customer. Unless the product is broken/does no meet the quality requirements as promised we will be paying for the shipping cost.
