Will some stuff come back in stock?

We will always try and offer a consistent product range. However, we do like to offer some variety too! 

Is the K-Beauty cruelty free?

We are proud to say that all our K-Beauty is cruelty free. 

Where are your products from?

90% of our products originate from Asia. Sometimes we find some cute stuff in Europe for our product range.

How long will it take to process an order?
We do our best to ship the orders as soon as possible. In general it will take not longer than 1-2 working days.

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately you can not cancel your order, but if you send us an e-mail at: hai@nishimarket.com we will assist you in this matter. 

Can I return my products?
You have the possibility to return the order within 8 days. The products have to be sealed in the original package. The shipping costs are for the customer. 

Can I do a photoshoot at Nishi?

Yes! You do have to make an appointment! Send us an e-mail : hai@nishimarket.com
